Get the full Heartland experience and stay in the middle of Denmark’s most beautiful surroundings just 200 meters from the festival site and Egeskov.
The camping area provides all necessary sanitary facilities. Bringing food and drinks in the camping area is allowed but bringing food and drink to the festival site is not permitted. It is possible to buy food and drinks at the campsite.
A festival ticket does not give access to the camping area, therefore all guests wishing access to the camping area must each purchase a camping pass in addition to the festival ticket. If you purchase a tent house or a Hotel Heartland accommodation package, the camping pass is included. When purchasing other packages ie. Igloo tent, cardboard house, or caravan passes you will be given the option to add the required number of camping passes before completing your purchase.
For security and safety reasons, camping guards will be present throughout the camping area and guests must present their camping pass when entering the area. The camping pass is only valid in combination with a valid festival wristband – Read more about camping passes and accommodation options by clicking on the images or links above.
To get to the camping area from the main entrance, simply follow the signs saying: “Campingsti” when you arrive at the festival.
Our brand-new campsite Hotel Heartland is located apart from the camping area in its own designated space – just a stone’s throw away from the festival site.
In the lush green surroundings, you can check into Hotel Heartland. Enjoy one of the Boutique Tents (2-4 pax), or a Mini Lodge for two near the forest edge. In the Hotel Heartland campsite you will benefit from a free breakfast, separate washroom facilities, a lounge area and additional services.
Hotel Heartland includes:
- Dedicated reception with 24/7 guest service
- Upgraded toilet and shower facilities, incl. access to hairdryer and mirrors
- Lounge area with a small café service
A valid camping pass is required to access Hotel Heartland. All Hotel Heartland accommodation packages include the number of camping passes matching the number of guests booked to stay.
For security and safety reasons, camping guards will be present throughout the camping area and guests must present their camping pass when entering the campsite. The camping pass is only valid in combination with a valid festival bracelet – Read more about camping passes.
The camping area opens on Thursday, 27th of May at 10 am. It closes on Sunday, 30th of May at 12 pm (noon).
To get to the camping area from the main entrance, simply follow the signs for “Campingsti” when you arrive at the festival.
