You can participate in Heartland festival with a partout, 2-day or 1-day ticket. Regardless of how many days you choose to be at the festival, it is possible to get the ticket in question with a discount if you live in Faaborg-Midtfyn commune or are under 25 years old.

Mobile charging /
If you want to charge your mobile, you can advantageously use Volt. At Volt, you get a pocket-friendly mobile charger that makes it possible to charge your phone while you’re on the move. When the charger is empty, it can easily be exchanged for a new one. You can find Volt at Dreamland by the campsite and in the Volt bike that will be moving around the site.
Take care of your ears /
You can get earplugs on the festival site in the bars.
Payment methods /
Heartland is a cashless festival, i.e., that it is not possible to use cash or buy cash cards at the festival in 2023. It is only possible to pay with common Danish and international payment cards. Please note that it will not be possible to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or MobilePay.
OBS: NOTE: The fact that Heartland is a cashless festival also means that there are no ATMs on the festival grounds.
We encourage all parents and guardians to use common sense and caution: Make sure to protect the little ears properly and avoid bringing very young children too close to the stages during concerts. Children aged 0-12 must have a child ticket. There are two types of children’s tickets; one for children from 0 to 5 years inclusive and one for children from 6 to 12 years inclusive – children between 0-12 years do not need a camping pass. Children aged 13 and over must have regular festival tickets, including for the campsite where a camping pass is required.
The ‘Hjerteland’ area on the festival site is aimed at families with children aged 3-13. There will be concerts and musical experiences for both young and older children, and you will be able to participate in several workshops and activities.
What to bring /
Food and drinks /
We have provided everything you need at the festival site, but if you still need to satisfy your hunger or thirst, it is allowed in the camping area.
Make sure to pack your rainwear. Umbrellas are not allowed on the festival grounds.
Pets are not allowed at the festival.
It is not permitted to bring chairs onto the festival site. We will ensure that there are soft, hard, large and small seats for everyone at the festival site.
Bags (on the festival site) /
We recommend leaving large bags at home. If you do bring a large bag, expect to wait a little longer in line to have it searched. It is possible to have unwanted luggage and personal belongings handed in and stored in the cloakroom at the entrance.
If you have forgotten a warm sweater or something else, the Red Cross thrift store in Kværndrup will be exceptionally open during the festival.
Photo and video equipment /
We know that many people want to capture and share all the good memories at the festival, but this is only allowed with your mobile phone and pocket-sized video/photo cameras – however, selfie sticks are not allowed. Tape recorders, video cameras and professional still cameras are not permitted without press accreditation.
Rules of Order /
Alcohol and tobacco /
Remember to bring your ID. Young people under the age of 18 cannot buy alcohol or tobacco.
If you are offered or see someone consuming or selling drugs at the festival site and camping area, please contact one of our guards immediately as this is not allowed.

Heartland does not tolerate or accept discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation, as well as violent behavior or verbal harassment. As a guest at the festival, we all have a responsibility to help each other make Heartland a nice place to be.
If you experience or witness transgressive or discriminatory behavior, you must immediately contact the guards who are around the festival site.
Violation of the order regulations in their entirety may result in prosecution, expulsion and/or a police report. If a young person under the age of 18 does not comply with the rules of order, in addition to the above-mentioned sanctions, relevant authorities and parents may be notified.
Forgotten matters /
Heartland has a lost and found office located by the cloakroom at the main entrance to the site. You can contact us here if you have lost your phone, your jacket or something else – or if you have found something that is not yours.
Immediately after Heartland, lost property where the owner can be identified is handed over to the police lost property office. Including e.g., driving license, health insurance card and other lost property, e.g., money, particularly valuable jewelry, and other valuable items.
Other lost property is stored at Heartland for at least 30 days, after which the property can be sold, given away, destroyed if the owner has not contacted us before the end of the 30 days.

If you are away on business, Wonderland also gives you the opportunity to network and have meetings with customers and partners in quiet surroundings.
