Cashless festival /
Heartland is a cashless festival, i.e., it is not possible to use cash or buy cash cards at the festival in 2025. It is only possible to pay with common Danish and international payment cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. NB: The fact that Heartland is a cashless festival also means that there are no ATMs on the festival grounds.
Children
We encourage all parents and guardians to use common sense and caution. Make sure to protect their little ears properly and avoid bringing very young children too close to the stages during concerts.
Children aged 0-12 must have a child ticket. There are two types of children’s tickets; one for children from 0 to 5 years and one for children from 6 to 12 years. Children aged 13 and over must have regular festival tickets.
Children under the age of 6 can enter the camping area without a camping pass if accompanied by an adult with a camping pass. Children from the age of 6 must have their own camping pass.
The ‘Hjerteland’ area on the festival site is aimed at families with children aged 3-13. There will be concerts and musical experiences for both young and older children, and you will be able to participate in several workshops and activities.
What to bring
Food and drinks /
We have provided everything you need at the festival site, but if you still need to satisfy your hunger or thirst, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the camping area.
Umbrellas /
Make sure to pack your rainwear. Umbrellas are not allowed on the festival grounds.

Furniture /
It is not permitted to bring chairs onto the festival site. We will ensure that there are soft, hard, large and small seats for everyone at the festival site.

Lost & Found
Heartland has a lost and found office located by the cloakroom at the main entrance to the festival site. You can contact us here if you have lost your phone, your jacket or something else – or if you have found something that is not yours.
Immediately after Heartland, lost property where the owner can be identified is handed over to the police lost property office. Including e.g., driving license, health insurance card and other lost property, e.g., money, particularly valuable jewelry, and other valuable items.
Other lost property is stored at Heartland for at least 30 days, after which the property can be sold, given away, destroyed if the owner has not contacted us before the end of the 30 days.

If you are away on business, Wonderland also gives you the opportunity to network and have meetings with customers and partners in quiet surroundings.
